THE BEGINNING

180 kilograms.Daily life was a battle.

There was a time when the simplest things, climbing stairs, tying my shoes, even sitting down, felt like punishment. My body had outgrown the life I was supposed to live.

I tried every diet, every shortcut, every promise. Crash plans. The cycle always ended in the same place. Heavier. More tired. More defeated.

For a long stretch, the answer felt like it didn't exist. My body kept growing. My hope kept shrinking.

One day.

I decided to change.

No surgery. No shortcuts.
