Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use AQ Method. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement. Each account is for one individual — please do not share your login.

AQ Method provides paid coaching memberships (Basic, Gold, and Platinum tiers), personalized workout and nutrition plans, a built-in macro assistant, an exercise library, progress tracking, in-app chat with your coach, and — for Gold and Platinum members — coaching session booking. The service is available through our website and our iOS/Android app, using the same account.

AQ Method provides general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary care. Coach Ali is a fitness coach, not a licensed physician, physiotherapist, or registered dietitian, unless separately stated. Talk to your doctor before starting this or any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, have an existing medical condition, or have a history of injury.

You are responsible for knowing your own physical limits. If you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other warning sign during training, stop immediately and seek medical attention. You use AQ Method's programs, exercises, and nutrition guidance at your own risk.

Keep your login credentials confidential and let us know immediately at info@aqmethod.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You're responsible for the activity on your account.

Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis, in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD), through our payment processor MyFatoorah. Your subscription automatically renews each billing period until you cancel. If we change membership pricing, we'll give you reasonable notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.

You can upgrade your membership at any time from your account settings, and the upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrades are not available mid-cycle — your current tier continues until the end of your current billing period, after which you may switch to a lower tier.

You can request cancellation at any time from your account settings, or by emailing info@aqmethod.com. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

Gold members receive online video coaching sessions; Platinum members receive in-person sessions in Kuwait, subject to Coach Ali's availability. Sessions are booked, proposed, and confirmed through the app's booking system, and are limited to your plan's monthly allowance. Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session — if you cancel a session you booked yourself, that session credit is returned to your monthly allowance so you can rebook.

You agree not to: misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt it; share, resell, or provide unauthorized access to your account or the coaching content you receive; upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content in chat or profile fields; or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond your own account.

The AQ Method brand, website, app, and the workout/nutrition plans, videos, and written content we provide are owned by AQ Method or licensed to us, and are provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them.

We work to keep AQ Method available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in abusive behavior toward our team, or is used fraudulently. Where reasonable, we'll explain why.

To the extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, AQ Method is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including from participating in the fitness or nutrition programs we provide. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of AQ Method will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait.

We may update these Terms as AQ Method evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page, and where a change is material, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of AQ Method after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
